About the position

The Digital Product Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for defining and delivering the strategy and vision for digital experiences, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of customers and the business. This role focuses on a data-driven approach to prioritize product features that maximize results for users and internal partners, while advocating for the reusability of capabilities to enhance efficiency and speed to market. The position is an individual contributor role that handles low to medium complexity digital product features.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the strategy and vision for digital experiences.
  • Ensure a data-driven approach to prioritize product features.
  • Measure and optimize digital experiences for seamless customer interactions.
  • Advocate for reusability of capabilities to drive cost-effective scale.
  • Support both self-service and human-assisted customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Typically five or more years of job-related experience.
  • Proficient Digital Product Management skills.
