About the position

Hanna Andersson is seeking a driven Digital Product Manager with a strong focus on SEO to lead digital marketing and e-commerce integrations. This role is pivotal in enhancing the effectiveness of the SEO channel, leveraging data to create exceptional digital experiences, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of tools and strategies. The ideal candidate will be user-centric, innovative, and results-oriented, contributing to the company's commitment to quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Own SEO by improving the effectiveness of Search as a channel, setting growth targets, creating and executing strategies, and tracking business impact.
  • Leverage understanding of AI/ML recommendation engines to utilize customer data and work with third-party tools for better experiences.
  • Create and deliver a product roadmap by identifying customer needs and developing concepts that can be tested and delivered.
  • Identify and integrate necessary third-party tools with business and technical stakeholders to drive product roadmaps and achieve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with development teams on architecture, integrations, and monitoring to ensure solutions work end-to-end.
  • Manage vendor relationships from concept to implementation, ensuring accountability for performance-based products and service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required in lieu of direct experience.
  • 5+ years in product management, engineering, data, or equivalent role.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in delivering results for SEO, marketing products, and e-commerce tools.
  • Experience driving SEO development and improvements in e-commerce.
  • Experience with A/B testing, Google Analytics, and deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Comfort with translating requirements to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working within SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
  • Experience delivering presentations to inform and persuade at the executive level.
  • Previous experience implementing CRM, infrastructure, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

  • Experience with AI/ML recommendation engines.
