About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Sanford Health is responsible for overseeing integrated website experiences across all public websites under the Sanford Health umbrella. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategies and priorities for web properties, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring that the customer's voice is represented throughout the product development lifecycle. The position requires a strong focus on aligning technology, business requirements, and customer needs to create exceptional digital experiences that drive business value and meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog prioritization for digital products.
• Collaborate with digital design, development, and analytics teams to ensure effective delivery of digital experiences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned digital products for internal and external customers.
• Conduct market research and review peer and competitor digital landscapes.
• Facilitate discovery sprints and curate insights from user testing and analytics.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve digital product performance.
• Participate in the development of objectives and key results (OKRs) to align business priorities with digital product efforts.
• Identify tradeoffs and compromises for continuous delivery of value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3 years of experience in product management.
• 3 years of experience with agile development methodology.
• 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Product management certification preferred.
