About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Sanford Health is responsible for overseeing integrated website experiences across all public websites under the Sanford Health umbrella. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategies and priorities for web properties, ensuring that the customer's voice is represented throughout the product development lifecycle. The manager will establish and communicate the vision and strategy for assigned digital products, manage product roadmaps, and work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences that meet user needs and drive business value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the vision for the product roadmap.
  • Manage the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog prioritization.
  • Serve as the designated point of contact for assigned digital products for both internal and external customers.
  • Participate in the development of objectives and key results (OKRs) to inform business priorities.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and qualitative feedback to improve digital product performance.
  • Coordinate with other Product Managers to ensure cross-product alignment.
  • Lead market research efforts and review peer and competitor digital landscapes.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and curate insights from user testing, surveys, and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant and progressive experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3 years of experience in product management.
  • 3 years of experience with agile development methodology.
  • 2 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle from planning to delivery.
  • Product management certification preferred.
