In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that is aligned with our business objectives. A good understanding of local American Time and Pay processes, as well as other Compensation and Benefits processes and legal contexts, is essential. You will work closely with IT system experts to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize features, leading the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless user experience by championing usability, accessibility, and performance. Data-driven decision-making will be a key aspect of your role, as you will leverage data analytics to make informed decisions, optimize features, and drive continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for communicating the product vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders across the organization, embracing agile practices, participating in sprint planning, and adapting to changing requirements as necessary. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Understand market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather requirements and define user stories in collaboration with IT system experts.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to create intuitive, scalable, and reliable digital solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience by championing usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize features.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Embrace agile practices and participate in sprint planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, preferably in HR, payroll, or time management domains.
  • Experience with ERP solutions (especially SAP SuccessFactors), ADP payroll, UKG Time management solutions is strongly recommended.
  • Previous work experience balancing global strategies and local needs.
  • Thorough understanding of digital product development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.
