About the position

The Digital Product Manager will play a crucial role in a national Hotel and Resorts company, focusing on managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. This position involves collaboration with various teams to enhance digital experiences and implement new features, ensuring that all enhancements meet business requirements and improve guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other product managers, UX, technology, delivery & operations teams, and key stakeholders to execute on the product lifecycle from ideation through launch for various best-in-class digital experiences, new feature rollouts, as well as enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to define business and functional requirements including acceptance criteria, as well as guest experience; contribute to metrics & competitive analysis for related Product objectives & hypotheses.
• Serve as the primary customer advocate during user acceptance testing and quality assurance activities to verify all enhancements deliver on specified business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
