About the position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. The role involves consulting as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Technology Business Systems Consulting. The consultant will be responsible for strategizing and resolving highly complex and unique challenges that require in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. The consultant will provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Technology Business Systems Consulting business solutions and will strategically engage with client personnel. Acting as an advisor to senior leadership, the consultant will develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment. The role also includes leading the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges, coordinating complex activities, and providing guidance to others. Additionally, the consultant will provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that have a significant impact. The position requires strategic engagement with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise, serving as an expert advisor to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Technology Business Systems Consulting.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Technology Business Systems Consulting business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.
• Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others.
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative digital business plans, programs, and initiatives.
• Engage strategically with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
