About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Noodles & Company is responsible for leading the development and enhancement of digital products, including the website, app, and digital menu boards. This role focuses on creating a seamless and delightful guest experience while supporting digital marketing efforts to boost eCommerce performance. The manager will utilize data-driven insights to maximize sales potential and ensure that all aspects of product development align with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of digital products to create an elevated guest experience.
  • Manage internal teams and external partners in executing complex projects, including research and user acceptance testing.
  • Use data to prioritize feature development, ensuring alignment with consumer and business needs.
  • Orchestrate and implement A/B tests of the digital experience to optimize key KPIs.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, design, and technical teams to define requirements and plan sprints.
  • Define and communicate the long-term digital product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap to prioritize key initiatives.
  • Leverage guest feedback and research to drive continuous product improvement using an Agile process.
  • Manage multiple digital and technical workstreams simultaneously, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and revenue, ensuring continuous improvement in web and app performance.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within the Agile development process.
  • Experience executing A/B testing strategies.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with agency partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, JIRA, Olo, Drupal/WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, Soci/Yext, and Figma.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with digital marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and content management systems.
