About the position

The Digital Product Manager for My Highmark will play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience by overseeing the Login & Registration process. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital products meet customer needs and drive engagement. The manager will be responsible for defining product strategies, managing the product roadmap, and utilizing customer insights to improve digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify problem areas and create digital solutions based on customer journeys and preferences.
• Serve as the point of contact for assigned digital products internally and externally.
• Evaluate new technologies and market trends to determine product capabilities.
• Manage multiple sources of intake and prioritize demands for optimal results.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for digital products.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement of digital products.
• Develop a holistic product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Communicate roadmaps and priorities to stakeholders effectively.
• Manage the digital product backlog and refresh priorities based on stakeholder input.
• Coordinate with other Product Managers for cross-product alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field (or 6 years of related experience).
• 3 years of experience in Digital Product Management.
• 2 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field.
• 3 years of experience with Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Product Manager Certification.
