About the position

The Senior Lead Digital Product Manager will oversee the Marketing Experience Optimization project for a leading Fortune 500 bank's Consumer Lending team. This role involves managing a suite of technology platforms that enable marketers to test and personalize digital experiences, ensuring effective product management and collaboration across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product management teams using Adobe Target for marketing optimization.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of product development from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, business, technology, and analytics to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development and documentation of epics and features.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in marketing and analytics using experimentation products like Adobe Target or comparable Adobe suite tools.
  • Proven expertise in the functional and technical aspects of marketing technology systems.
  • Strong experience in leading scrum teams, agile ceremonies, PI planning, and managing backlogs.
  • Strategic vision and effective execution skills within a large organization.
  • Prior financial services experience or similar digital consumer experience is highly preferred.
