About the position

The Digital Product Manager I role focuses on providing both strategic and tactical expertise in the use of Planview PPMPro. This position involves collaboration with leadership and ITD to ensure effective use of the software and to support its replacement. The role requires a strong understanding of product management and system administration functions related to PPMPro.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical subject matter expertise regarding Planview PPMPro.
• Collaborate with leadership to support the use of PPMPro and its replacement.
• Work with ITD to determine the best use of the application's features and functionality.
• Ensure that PPMPro meets the needs of ITD.

Requirements

• 2 years experience in technical product support of Planview PPMPro software.
• 2 years experience converting customer requests for product management.
• 2 years experience in understanding and administrating system administration functions.
• 2 years experience providing scripts and calculated fields.
• 2 years experience in coaching or mentoring team members of PPMPro.
