About the position

The Digital Wealth Product Manager will lead digital disruption initiatives for investors and advisors, focusing on enhancing the client and representative experience within the Intelligent Portfolios and Intelligent Portfolios Premium offerings. This role involves collaboration with various teams to drive growth, retention, and regulatory compliance while improving processes and communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and retention of Intelligent Portfolios and Intelligent Portfolios Premium offers.
• Analyze data to uncover insights that drive business value and impact.
• Coordinate with business partners to execute on growth, retention, and client experience projects.
• Lead internal regulatory reporting and forums, overseeing client regulatory communications.
• Understand client and rep experiences to identify enhancements and pain points.
• Collaborate with technology, product, field, investment, legal, and marketing partners to support daily operations.
• Maintain and improve internal communications regarding the offer.
• Lead special projects for SIP and SIP Premium as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product development, or process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated experience in process mapping and improving client/rep experiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver recommendations and drive results.

• Experience in financial digital wealth management.
