About the position

The Digital Product Manager role is a contract position with the potential for conversion to a permanent role within a Fortune 100 company recognized globally in the IT and entertainment sectors. This position focuses on leading the development of digital products by defining product strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and utilizing analytics to enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a digital product by defining the product roadmap and product strategy.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify quantifiable business goals and objectives, addressing customer needs to drive business growth.
  • Analyze and empathize with guests to understand their pain points through user interviews and analytics data.
  • Create and develop user and buyer personas, establishing unique value propositions for both.
  • Monitor and analyze key product analytics to improve the product, increase retention rates, and boost customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Write feature briefs that synthesize guest and business needs into a cohesive strategy and business case.
  • Develop, review, and edit comprehensive user stories that include functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring product features meet user needs and technical standards.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Lead and maintain feature and backlog development, attending planning ceremonies to drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
  • Collaborate closely with User Experience Designers, engineering, marketing, operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Regularly communicate progress, blockers, developments, risks, and issues impacting the project.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product or relevant experience; minimum of 3 years in the digital industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver requirements with Gherkin Acceptance Criteria.
  • Strong analytics and quantitative skills; ability to leverage data and metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced digital organization.
  • Experience using Object Oriented UX and hypothesis-driven design.
  • Operations experience in the Theme Park Industry.
  • Experience in digital analytics, comfortable with SQL.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Tableau.
  • 2+ years working on products leveraging Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Knowledge Aggregation, or Dynamic User Personalization.
