About the position

The Digital Product Manager will play a crucial role in consulting on complex initiatives within a well-known financial services company. This position involves leading teams in implementing digital product strategies, particularly using Adobe Target for marketing purposes. The role requires a strategic vision and the ability to navigate the intricacies of a large institution while ensuring compliance and meeting deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Digital Product Management.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Digital Product Management challenges.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience leading teams that have implemented the use of Adobe Target for marketing purposes.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting marketing and analyst communities using experimentation products such as Adobe Target.
  • Expert knowledge of how Adobe Target and similar systems work.
  • Experience leveraging agile methodology to drive results and leading scrum teams, agile ceremonies, PI planning, and backlogs.
  • Ability to develop strategic vision and effectively execute within a large institution.

Nice-to-haves

  • Financial services experience or equivalent digital consumer experience.
