About the position

The Digital Product Manager for My Highmark will play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience by overseeing the Login & Registration process. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital products meet customer needs and drive engagement. The manager will be responsible for defining product strategies, managing the product roadmap, and utilizing customer insights to improve digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer digital journeys and problem areas, creating and testing hypotheses for digital solutions.
• Serve as the point of contact for assigned digital products internally and externally.
• Evaluate new technologies and market trends to determine product capabilities and needs.
• Manage multiple sources of intake and demand, prioritizing effectively to drive results.
• Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators for digital products.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement of digital product performance.
• Develop a holistic product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Manage the digital product roadmap and backlog, refreshing priorities based on input from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other Product Managers for cross-product alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field.
• 3 years of Digital Product Management experience.
• 2 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field.
• 3 years of experience with Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Product Manager Certification.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range from $78,900 to $146,000 based on qualifications and experience.
