About the position

The Digital Product Manager will play a crucial role in partnering with various teams to manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch for digital experiences and feature rollouts. This position is essential for ensuring that enhancements meet business requirements and improve guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other product managers, UX, technology, delivery & operations teams, and key stakeholders to execute on the product lifecycle from ideation through launch for various best-in-class digital experiences, new feature rollouts, as well as enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to define business and functional requirements including acceptance criteria, as well as guest experience; contribute to metrics & competitive analysis for related Product objectives & hypotheses.
• Serve as the primary customer advocate during user acceptance testing and quality assurance activities to verify all enhancements deliver on specified business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with JIRA, software architecture, automated and manual QA testing, web optimization, mobile applications, UX design, user testing, digital production, digital marketing, and API.
