About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Traeger will be responsible for enhancing the value and adoption of Traeger's digital products, including iOS, Watch, and Android applications. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that the apps meet the needs of users while driving innovation and quality in outdoor cooking experiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate and lead quantitative and qualitative research studies with customers, retailers, ambassadors, and partners.
• Stay current with industry, product, and market trends to identify potential ideas and disruptors.
• Develop a deep understanding of mobile-related data to uncover insights and drive informed decisions for the product roadmap.
• Ensure high-quality deployments by performing user acceptance testing and managing communication with Beta App communities.
• Contribute to and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Traeger iOS, Watch, and Android apps.
• Prioritize work based on user feedback and business goals, translating strategy into detailed requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development.

Requirements

• 1+ years of product management experience
• Basic understanding of mobile app development for Android and iOS platforms
• Experience with IoT products with Cloud and Firmware integration is a bonus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to inform product decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in grilling or outdoor cooking
• Familiarity with APIs and application development
• Passion for user experience and product design
