About the position

The Digital Product Manager will play a crucial role in consulting on complex initiatives and managing digital product strategies within a leading financial services company. This position requires a strong background in digital product management, particularly with tools like Adobe Target, and the ability to lead teams in an agile environment. The role is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work, and is part of a long-term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Digital Product Management.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted Digital Product Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience leading teams that have implemented Adobe Target for Marketing purposes.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting marketing and analyst communities using experimentation products such as Adobe Target.
• Expert knowledge of how experimentation systems work.
• Experience leveraging agile methodology to drive results and leading scrum teams, agile ceremonies, PI planning, and backlogs.
• Ability to develop strategic vision and effectively execute within a large institution.

Nice-to-haves

• Financial services experience or equivalent digital consumer experience.
