About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Miles Partnership is responsible for overseeing the vision and lifecycle of digital products, ensuring their evolution and maintenance while maximizing financial success. This role involves collaboration with account teams and clients, serving as a trusted advisor to enhance product delivery and meet client objectives. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex challenges into actionable solutions, all while fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage products' maintenance and enhancement budgets proactively, documenting and sharing the rationale behind decisions.
  • Oversee financial profitability, product viability, and client expectations throughout the product lifecycle from pitch to end of life.
  • Lead new business development efforts, including pitches, scope development, and collaboration setup for internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand digital product services and implement enhancements based on industry trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer and user experience by measuring performance and evolving products based on findings.
  • Build strong relationships with Digital Producers, designers, developers, and clients to inspire innovation and collaboration.
  • Mentor team members and support their development in addressing digital product challenges.
  • Foster an environment that promotes client, team, and company success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing and supporting digital products such as modern websites and applications.
  • 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams within an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to adapt to digital product requirements through development and ongoing support.
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Wrike, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to respond positively to client and peer feedback.
