About the position

Moorecroft Systems is seeking a Digital Product Operations Manager for a long-term consulting role based in Orlando, FL. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on digital product management and operations. The role is designed for individuals with a strong background in both business and digital platforms, particularly those who have experience in managing marketing pages, support content, and applications related to marketing and education. The Digital Product Operations Manager will be responsible for creating A/B test campaign requirements and providing measurement recommendations aimed at improving content and conversion rates. In this role, the manager will identify content and marketing opportunities, align strategies, and collaborate with key partners such as Marketing Strategy, Public Affairs, Commercial Strategy, and Legal to ensure buy-in and successful execution of initiatives. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively lead and communicate at the managerial level. A comprehensive understanding of both traditional and digital retail promotional strategies is essential, along with a willingness to take personal initiative and work collaboratively across large matrix organizations. This is a contract position with a pay rate starting from $50 per hour, expected to require 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. The engagement is expected to last for 22 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities

  • Create A/B test campaign requirements and measurement recommendations for content and conversion improvements.
  • Identify content and marketing opportunities and align on strategy with key partners.
  • Socialize and achieve buy-off from partners in Marketing Strategy, Public Affairs, Commercial Strategy, and Legal.
  • Work collaboratively across large matrix organizations to address technical, user, and business issues.
  • Communicate effectively at the Manager level, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of combined business and digital experience.
  • Experience with digital or technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Pages, Support Content, FAQs, and Applications related to Marketing and Education.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively at the Manager level.
  • Comprehensive understanding of traditional or digital retail promotional strategies.
