About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Zions Bancorporation will play a crucial role in enhancing the bank's digital presence through innovative technologies. This position involves leading initiatives that focus on delivering exceptional digital experiences for customers, managing the full product lifecycle, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on product strategies. The ideal candidate will be a technical product manager with a strong passion for user experience and a deep understanding of customer needs in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business and product leadership for targeted Zions Bancorp digital experience technologies.
  • Responsible for full product lifecycle and roadmap of our digital experience platform.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for user-centered design efforts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of targeted users, their context, goals, and needs.
  • Document existing customer experience journey maps and create target-state journey maps.
  • Translate product strategy and roadmap into well-defined user stories, features, and enablers.
  • Work in close partnership with agile product owners to ensure business, software, and information requirements are documented.
  • Research and create documentation of feature requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with technologists, affiliate banks, and lines of business to ensure alignment on product plans and delivery.
  • Define product KPIs and success metrics and implement tracking to quantify opportunities and validate improvements.
  • Conduct research on competitors and external market trends.
  • Evaluate new opportunities, such as fintech solutions and platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of technical product management.
  • Ability to define a vision and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Capability to drive results, customer-focused, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Highly analytical with experienced technical acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or computer science.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital product management or marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally with banking products.
