About the position

The Digital Product Manager role at Randstad US is a contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role. This position is designed for an experienced professional looking to advance their career within a Fortune 100 company known for its strong international brand presence in the IT and entertainment sectors. The role involves leading the development of digital products, collaborating with various stakeholders, and utilizing analytics to drive product strategy and improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a digital product by defining the product roadmap and product strategy.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify quantifiable business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and empathize with guests to understand their pain points and opportunities through user interviews and analytics data.
  • Create and develop user and buyer personas, along with unique value propositions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and act on key product analytics to improve retention rates and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Write feature briefs that synthesize guest and business needs into a cohesive strategy.
  • Develop, review, and edit comprehensive user stories that include functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Lead and maintain feature and backlog development, attending planning ceremonies to drive priority decisions.
  • Work closely with User Experience Designers, engineering, marketing, operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Regularly communicate progress, blockers, developments, risks, and issues impacting the project.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product or relevant experience; minimum of 3 years in the digital industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver requirements with Gherkin Acceptance Criteria.
  • Proven analytics and quantitative skills; ability to leverage data and metrics for project scope and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced digital organization.
  • Experience using Object Oriented UX and hypothesis driven design.
  • Operations experience in the Theme Park Industry.
  • Experience in digital analytics, comfortable with SQL.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Tableau.
  • 2+ years working on products leveraging Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning, or Dynamic User Personalization.
