About the position

The Product Manager will oversee key areas including Business Engagement, Project Delivery, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Production Support. This role involves collaboration with both onshore and offshore teams, vendors, and global business partners to enhance the digital Guest experience and ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Champion the digital Guest experience, advocating on the Guest's behalf.
• Assist with developing presentations to share and build advocacy for the digital strategy with Executive audiences and partners.
• Ensure appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to developing the go-to-market strategy for the digital Guest or Cast experience.
• Support ongoing Guest and Cast experience by monitoring product performance and recommending enhancements.
• Translate the digital strategy into prioritized user stories and product documentation.
• Lead and maintain feature development and backlog, attending daily scrums.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of digital product management experience (website/mobile).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at an executive level.
• Proven ability to collaborate and achieve results through others.
• Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced online organization.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in iOS/Android release process.
• Experience working with JIRA.
• 2+ years of professional experience working in the online industry.
