About the position

Hanna Andersson is seeking a driven, user-centric Digital Product Manager to lead the SEO channel and oversee digital marketing and e-commerce integrations. This high-impact role will focus on enhancing customer experiences through effective search strategies and innovative digital solutions, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Hanna's online presence.

Responsibilities

• Prove the effectiveness of Search as a channel, setting growth targets, creating and executing strategies, and tracking business impact.
• Identify customer needs and develop concepts that can be tested and delivered to advance the business.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify necessary third-party tools and drive their integration for optimal business outcomes.
• Leverage understanding of AI/ML recommendation engines to enhance customer data utilization and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with development teams on architecture, integrations, and monitoring to ensure seamless solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring accountability for performance-based products and service level agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required in a related field.
• 5+ years in product management, engineering, data, or a relevant role.
• Advanced proficiency in SEO, marketing products, and e-commerce tools.
• Experience driving SEO improvements in e-commerce settings.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, Google Analytics, and deriving actionable insights from data.
• Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence, and experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Experience delivering presentations to executive-level audiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience implementing CRM, infrastructure, or e-commerce platforms.
