About the position

Good Sam is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development and management of our company's digital products. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of user experience, market trends, and digital technology. As the Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing management. In this role, you will develop and implement the digital product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs. You will conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Defining product requirements and specifications based on user research, feedback, and business objectives will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful product development and launch. You will also define and prioritize features, user stories, and backlog items, ensuring that they are communicated effectively to the development team. Monitoring and analyzing product performance and user feedback will be essential, as you will need to make data-driven decisions to improve product functionality, usability, and adoption. Managing the product release cycle, including planning, testing, and deployment, will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will develop pricing strategies and revenue models, collaborating with the marketing team on go-to-market plans. Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and sharing insights with the team and stakeholders will be crucial for success in this role. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to drive projects forward independently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a digital product manager, with a proven track record of successful product launches and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into product enhancements
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, including web and mobile platforms, APIs, and data analytics
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and user-centered design methodologies
  • Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and other research methods
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget.
