The Digital Product Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the development, implementation, product strategy, and management of AGI's consumer-facing products across its websites and mobile applications. This position entails planning, developing, launching, and maintaining a diverse line of products and services aimed at achieving desired business and financial outcomes. The Digital Product Manager will execute all phases of the product development lifecycle, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance and optimize processes. Collaboration with a cross-functional team is essential, as the product manager will lead the development and maintenance of digital products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives. In this role, the Digital Product Manager will consolidate customer feedback to inform product planning and feature development, ensuring that the products align with end-user requirements. They will manage a portfolio of products, holding accountability for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect the organization's goals and the performance of individual product lines. The manager will identify product opportunities that align with business strategies and revenue goals through competitive analysis, industry trends, and product research. They will partner with teams to define, execute, and test concepts against identified opportunities, recommending successful concepts for prototype development and collaborating with cross-functional resources to develop and test prototypes effectively. The Digital Product Manager will oversee the full product lifecycle management of all products within their portfolio, defining analytics and reporting metrics to measure success. They will work closely with the Legal team to ensure compliance with product and regulatory documentation, manage bugs and issues, and act as a change agent throughout projects. As a subject matter expert for multiple product lines, the manager will communicate effectively with internal team members, stakeholders across the organization, and external partners, demonstrating both foundational and leadership competencies.
