About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Banner Health is responsible for leading the development and management of digital products and services that enhance the healthcare experience. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, manage product lifecycles, and implement strategic frameworks to improve digital experiences. The position requires a strong understanding of digital product management, healthcare services, and the ability to drive change within a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product teams to clarify requirements and delivery expectations with stakeholders.
• Manage return on investment (ROI) for digital solutions and treat digital products as organizational assets.
• Perform gap analysis, set priorities, and develop project plans for process improvements.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement innovative solutions for product direction and consumer experience.
• Provide operational expertise in the analysis and design of processes and digital products.
• Build and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as an expert resource on best practices for digital customer solutions and emerging technologies.
• Oversee product development and management through all stages from creation to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in digital product management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement, customer service, organizational culture, and change management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate others.
• Proven experience in delivering operational, technical, and business solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in healthcare services, especially in complex delivery environments.
• Additional related education and/or experience.
