About the position

Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Marketing & Sales Platform team within Consumer Lending. This role focuses on Marketing Experience Optimization, utilizing technology platforms to enhance digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive product management experience, particularly with Adobe Target, and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to implement and optimize marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Experience Optimization initiative within the Marketing & Sales Platform team.
• Serve as the product owner for a suite of technology platform capabilities that assist marketers in testing and personalizing digital experiences.
• Utilize expert knowledge of Adobe Target and the broader Adobe suite to support marketing and analyst communities.
• Engage with cross-functional teams across product, business, technology, and analytics.
• Leverage agile methodologies to drive platform capabilities and document epics/features.
• Develop strategic vision and execute effectively within a large institution.
• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Digital Product Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting marketing and analyst communities using experimentation products such as Adobe Target.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Target and ability to engage across product, business, technical, and analytics teams.
• Experience leveraging agile methodology to lead scrum teams and manage backlogs.
• Ability to develop strategic vision and execute within a large institution.
• Financial services experience or equivalent digital consumer experience is highly desired.
