About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Penske Corporation is responsible for leading and managing strategic data and digital experience initiatives. This role involves coordinating and tracking projects that enhance the Penske digital experience, particularly in connected vehicle and customer data projects. The position requires strong communication and relationship management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring project goals are met with quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic data and digital experience initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, timeline, and budgets.
  • Guide a variety of simultaneous projects through to completion.
  • Facilitate projects with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain information and documents respective to specific projects managed under this role.
  • Lead effective cross-functional meetings related to the project.
  • Present project topics and updates to various audiences as needed for the project.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years marketing/digital experience or equivalent combination of marketing and IT experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with web marketing tactics and strategies.
