About the position

The Digital Product Manager at the Utah Hockey Club is responsible for overseeing digital products and enhancing fan engagement through various digital platforms, including apps, websites, SMS, and email. This role involves collaborating with marketing leadership and stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, leading the development of the product roadmap, and ensuring effective user experiences for fans and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership, key stakeholders, and users to define product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Lead the ongoing development and execution of the product roadmap for the Utah Hockey Club's apps and digital platforms.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on utilization, optimization, and activations of digital products.
  • Track and report on product performance to evaluate future investments and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the functional design process by integrating user needs and technical capabilities.
  • Translate the product roadmap into clear product requirements, including features, user stories, and test acceptance criteria.
  • Define user experience strategies for users, including fans and partners.
  • Establish workflows for efficient management and deployment of digital product updates.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment to assess business needs, refine priorities, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Protect the reputation of the company.
  • Exemplify the Utah Jazz mission and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Three years of digital product work experience, preferably in sports or entertainment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with professional sports teams or athletes.
