About the position

As a Digital Product Manager at LegacyBox, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience across our digital platforms. We are seeking an empathetic, analytical, and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences. In this position, you will serve as the product evangelist for our three websites, cloud platform, and order tracking system. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and launching new features, sections, and products, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into our existing touchpoints. You will evaluate and optimize the customer experience, prioritizing tasks that impact key performance indicators such as conversion rates, revenue per visitor, adoption rates, and churn. You will also be responsible for measuring and reporting the results of your efforts, assessing them against established goals. Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and development will be crucial to your success. Building and managing relationships with strategic partners will be a key aspect of your role, as will managing a team of contract developers and UI/UX designers. Responsibilities

  • Act as the product evangelist for our storefronts, apps, and order tracking system.
  • Maintain and launch new features, sections, and products; seamlessly integrating them into our existing touchpoints.
  • Evaluate and optimize the customer experience.
  • Prioritize the right tasks to impact goals (CVR, revenue/visitor, adoption rate, churn, etc.).
  • Measure and report results of efforts and assess against goals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and UI/UX design and development best practices.
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners.
  • Manage a team of contract developers (front-end & back-end) and UI/UX designers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, UI/UX, Product Development or related field.
  • Experience with Shopify storefronts and supporting applications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in user funnels, website/app/landing page optimization.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs and their implications.
  • Ability to translate high-level objectives into actions including organizing information, managing projects, and working with others on a close-knit team.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
