About the position

The Digital Product Manager, App & Profile at Insight Global is responsible for collaborating with a UX/UI designer and a web developer to enhance and manage a suite of digital products. This role focuses on fixing bugs, testing, and improving user experience while also strategizing product enhancements and communicating the product vision effectively to the team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designer and web developer to enhance digital products.
• Fix bugs and test user experience issues.
• Work on product road map enhancements and minor improvements.
• Convey product vision and necessary changes to the design and development teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience in user experience and developing customer-facing solutions
• Knowledge of app development
• Experience managing product road maps to completion
• Ability to work with global time zones
• User-Centered Design (UCD) certification
• Experience in UX/UI
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification
• Scrum certification
