About the position

The Digital Product Manager at CMA CGM will be a key member of the North America Data & Innovation team, responsible for managing various digital products that leverage advanced technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and IoT. This role focuses on driving digital transformation across the organization by developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience while creating new revenue opportunities. The Digital Product Manager will collaborate with multiple business departments to identify customer pain points and translate them into product features, ensuring alignment with the company's digital strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution for a variety of digital products, including internal tools and customer/vendor facing tools.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and understand customer pain points that can be transformed into product features.
  • Manage and motivate a team of cross-functional stakeholders to deliver major business outcomes.
  • Develop end-to-end plans for solutions, including hypothesis, testing timelines, and implementation results.
  • Partner with leadership, external vendors, and IT to scope and prioritize product roadmaps.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience in business or technology positions.
  • 2+ years of product management/project management experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Empathy and experience working with diverse coworkers.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to make decisions and justify them effectively.
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of technology in a business context.
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and oral.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree from a Business or Engineering school.
  • Experience in startups or top-tier consulting companies.
  • Supply Chain and Logistics experience.
  • Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation.
