About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Experis is responsible for driving product strategy, developing product roadmaps, and overseeing the market delivery and operation of product offerings within assigned business segments. This role involves collaboration with business partners and IT to execute digital initiatives, leading product release planning, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure successful product execution. The position requires a strong background in the commercial insurance industry or related financial services, along with excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap development for assigned business segments.
• Partner with business and IT to execute digital initiatives including Partner Products and web/mobile channels.
• Lead product release planning and set expectations for delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering and development teams to ensure consistent execution of product plans.
• Assist in preparing business case analyses to quantify the value of current or new systems/applications.

Requirements

• Strong background in the commercial insurance industry or related financial services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of product delivery, preferably within an Agile framework.
• Action-oriented with a customer-first mindset, capable of making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to evaluate and interpret customer feedback through various data sources.
