About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Dagne Dover is responsible for leading a team to enhance digital experiences for customers. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle, prioritizing projects, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of best-in-class digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Be the product owner across the direct digital experience (website), reporting to the VP of Marketing and Chief Creative Officer.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle among internal and outsourced teams, from research and discovery through design, development, testing, and iteration.
  • Manage and expand a team of digital experts.
  • Balance priorities among large-scale build projects, new feature design, UX design, hot-fixes, bug backlog, third-party integrations, data sharing, A/B testing, and payment & checkout operations.
  • Oversee project management processes to prioritize projects and execute within deadlines.
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, creative, and customer experience teams to address needs from all stakeholders and prioritize effectively in the roadmap.
  • Inform all product evolutions with data from A/B or multivariate testing, deep product analytics, user testing, and customer feedback.
  • Own the overarching product roadmap and the long-term vision.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a product owner for significantly scaled retail/ecommerce businesses.
  • Experience driving website builds, replatforms, designs, and redesigns.
  • Experience working with various ecommerce platforms, including Shopify.
  • Experience working with headless frameworks and CMS tools.
  • Experience building and launching large-scale digital projects.
  • Experience building cohesive omnichannel customer journeys between digital and in-store.
  • Expertise in project management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills to hire and coach product management individuals and motivate teams towards a common vision.
  • Excellent data analysis skills to back decisions and priorities with data.
  • Strong relationship-building ability to work cross-functionally with almost every department in the company.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
