About the position

The Sr Manager, Digital Product Management will oversee the Client Communications Management Portal, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance communication architecture and drive efficiency. This role involves strategic leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for the Client Communications Management Portal and associated products.
• Manage communication on all products and projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Remove blockers and manage schedules, SOW, and budget for the line of business.
• Schedule and manage meetings with stakeholders and business partners.
• Create and manage a project management dashboard and presentation decks for stakeholder influence.
• Meet regularly with scrum teams, marketing partners, and technical audiences to address customer needs.
• Own all aspects of the platform from development to production, prioritizing solutions based on stakeholder needs.
• Evaluate existing technology and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Advocate for holistic marketing capability solutions focusing on automation and efficiency.
• Translate business objectives into detailed use cases and business requirements for technology partners.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in digital product management and strategy development.
• Strong project management skills with a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and proactively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
