About the position

The Digital Product Manager at SharkNinja is responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products across various platforms. This role focuses on delivering exceptional user experiences while meeting business objectives. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, engineering, and marketing, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and guide product development from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the digital product roadmap in alignment with SharkNinja's strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and new features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives, balancing customer satisfaction, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to release and post-launch analysis.
  • Write detailed product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Coordinate with UX, engineering, and QA teams to ensure that product features are developed, tested, and launched on time and within scope.
  • Use data analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed product decisions.
  • Serve as the key point of contact between digital, marketing, and development teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on digital products or e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products that meet both user needs and business goals.
  • Strong understanding of digital product management, including product lifecycle management, user experience, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing to measure product performance and drive optimization.
  • Basic technical knowledge of web and mobile development, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence decision-making.
