About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Direct Supply is responsible for shaping the vision and roadmap of a platform that integrates data to enhance the lives of seniors and those who care for them. This role involves leading product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting customer research to drive impactful solutions in healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the roadmap for AI, eCommerce, and punchout platforms to drive revenue and user adoption.
  • Monitor key user metrics (e.g., conversions, dropouts) and implement targeted improvements.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to develop platform features and capabilities.
  • Partner with Sales to optimize customer transitions to digital channels.
  • Work with GTM teams to launch digital marketing campaigns and supporting functionality.
  • Develop strategies for personalized customer experiences.
  • Conduct customer research to guide product decisions.
  • Define and execute a vision for AI and eCommerce platforms to enhance performance and business growth.
  • Analyze data and prioritize opportunities based on customer insights.
  • Align product roadmaps across DS platforms for greater collaboration and impact.
  • Measure success against KPIs (e.g., new customers, user engagement, online orders, conversion rates).
  • Identify and implement new features, software, and tools with Engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and improve KPIs.
  • Leverage analytics and user feedback to refine the platform and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering eCommerce or technology products
  • Experience collecting customer feedback through various methods including UX research and digital analytics
  • Strong analytics skills with experience using KPIs and analytics software (e.g., Adobe, Google Analytics)
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in third-party software such as content management systems and eCommerce platforms.
