About the position

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Digital Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and development of their IoT product portfolio. This role focuses on integrating connectivity into business growth plans, requiring a data-driven leader who can communicate effectively across various teams. The ideal candidate will prioritize user-centered design and data-driven decision-making to enhance digital experiences and differentiate the company's offerings in the market.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and execution of digital experiences for connected solutions.
• Define user problems that lead to product features and capabilities.
• Consult with business partners to integrate digital into existing business cases.
• Lead software initiatives from inception to execution and iteration.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the product market and provide vision to the product team.
• Collaborate with engineering and product design to build scalable products that delight customers.
• Prepare and maintain the product roadmap for short- and long-term releases.
• Develop and deliver presentations to promote the platform to stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enable product success and create customer demand for enhancements.
• Integrate user feedback into product requirements to ensure products meet user needs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software product management or product leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate large data sets.
• Experience in Agile software development, startup, or agency environments preferred.
• Knowledge of design thinking strategies and instructional design.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
• Solid customer orientation and understanding of user lifecycle and needs.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, product development, or a related field (recommended, not required).
