About the position

The Digital Product Marketing Specialist at Batesville will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital product marketing strategies. This position involves supporting the Portfolio Product Manager throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with various marketing teams, and managing marketing collateral to enhance digital platforms. The role requires a blend of creativity, project management skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to drive effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and defining the product vision and strategy.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital product roadmaps.
  • Create and execute user acceptance testing for digital product deployments and launches.
  • Support Product Manager in internal and external change management and adoption of digital tools.
  • Generate PIF/Creative brief and target customer lists for brand level campaigns supporting digital tools.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to track effectiveness of marketing campaigns for items such as lead generation/conversion and click through/open and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Analyze trends to understand gaps and identify root cause and countermeasures to support full potential achievement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, analytics, or related discipline; and a minimum of 3 years related product marketing experience and/or training.
  • Strong project management skills, including organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize appropriately.
  • Creative and innovative spirit essential for success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other teams.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with reviewing and drawing conclusions from research and sales analysis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of IBM Cognos.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to provide error-free outputs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present ideas to others.
