About the position

Moorecroft is seeking a Digital Product Operations Manager to join our team in the Orlando area. This role is an exciting and engaging consulting opportunity within a fast-paced environment, offering a long-term engagement with the potential for extension. The Digital Product Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our digital product operations, ensuring that our strategies align with business goals and customer needs. In this position, the manager will be responsible for creating A/B test campaign requirements and providing measurement recommendations aimed at improving content and conversion rates. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of both traditional and digital retail promotional strategies, as well as the ability to identify content and marketing opportunities. The manager will work closely with key partners, including Marketing Strategy, Public Affairs, Commercial Strategy, and Legal, to align on strategies and achieve buy-in for initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital or technology platforms, with at least 5 years of combined business and digital experience. They should be adept at handling technical, user, and business issues within a fast-moving digital organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to communicate effectively at the managerial level. The role also demands a collaborative spirit, as the manager will need to work across large matrix organizations to drive initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

  • Create A/B test campaign requirements and measurement recommendations for content and conversion improvements.
  • Identify content and marketing opportunities and align on strategy with key partners.
  • Socialize and achieve buy-in from stakeholders including Marketing Strategy, Public Affairs, Commercial Strategy, and Legal.
  • Collaborate across large matrix organizations to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
  • Address technical, user, and business issues in a fast-moving digital organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of combined business and digital experience.
  • Experience with digital or technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Pages, Support Content, FAQs, and Applications (Marketing, Education, Titles, CTAs, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly at the Manager level.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across large matrix organizations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of traditional or digital retail promotional strategies.
  • Willingness to take personal initiative.
