About the position

The Digital Product Owner will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience in beauty retail through innovative marketing strategies and technology. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement omnichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and high-quality digital experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a digital product owner or digital product manager in CPG retail, eCommerce, or related industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working with a retail media network.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Jira, Amplience, GAM, DV360, CM360, Kevel, Skai, Epsilon, Media Math, Microsoft Ads, and/or Criteo.
