As a Digital Product Owner, you will lead delivery scrum teams focused on online and mobile banking platforms, engaging in Quarterly PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies. Your role will involve aligning with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the delivery team, ensuring that new or enhanced digital banking products and services are delivered effectively. You will work directly with technology, experience design, line of business, and operations partners to achieve these goals. In this position, you will be responsible for authoring and maintaining the team's backlog of user stories, serving as a subject matter expert on features, user stories, and product capabilities. You will partner with solution architects and other technical leads to ensure that their solutions effectively address priorities while balancing client experience and technical integrity. Facilitating sprint demos and providing final acceptance for completed user stories will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that each story meets its acceptance criteria and definition of done. Additionally, you will coordinate the creation of release-specific business documents, such as support model definitions, go/no-go approvals, internal release notes, and other release-related living documents. Risk management will also be a critical aspect of your role, as you will ensure that all Product Management Lifecycle (PML) processes and procedures are followed, supporting security, risk, audit, and more, while ensuring that action items and deadlines are met. You will partner with the product manager to provide evidence supporting recommendations.
