About the position

The Digital Product Owner at SPECTRAFORCE is responsible for managing the product backlog and ensuring that user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, support the development of the product vision, and implement actionable metrics to drive business decisions. The position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills to coordinate usability testing and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage product backlog by creating well defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Implement actionable metrics (i.e. usage of specific features) to drive better business decisions
• Coordinate usability testing to understand user experience, uncover design problems, and discover opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure goals are well established
• Support development of product vision for innovation ecosystem

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business-related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth understanding of and experience with Agile software development methodology
• Highly organized with ability to stay on top of multiple projects, teams and deliverables
• Experience with Azure DevOps preferred
