About the position
The Digital Project Manager will lead and manage digital marketing projects for a well-known pharmaceutical client, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. This role is crucial for coordinating project activities, resources, and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes in the areas of CRM and database marketing, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Responsibilities
- Lead digital marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for project execution and reporting.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of database marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
