About the position

The position is part of Huron's Growth Enablement Team (GET), focusing on supporting sales pursuits and developing content for the Digital practice. The role involves assisting in the proposal development process for various commercial segments, ensuring quality and organization in proposal content, and collaborating with team members to meet project timelines. The individual will play a crucial role in driving client engagement and fostering relationships through impactful content.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling daily sales requirements for the Digital practice, focusing on comprehensive proposals for assigned technology vendors.
  • Collaborate with the pursuit team and Managing Director to support the proposal development process.
  • Assign responsibilities within the team and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Participate in win theme meetings for opportunities related to assigned technology vendors.
  • Ensure professionalism and brand consistency in all assigned proposals.
  • Assist in conducting won/loss reviews for strategic accounts.
  • Gain knowledge about solutions and key resources within the Digital practice.
  • Maintain the Client Tracker and make regular updates.
  • Identify and tag proposal response content with content owners for easy categorization.
  • Support the upload of proposal content to Seismic, ensuring accessibility and organization.
  • Assist in the development of content review and update cycles to maintain content accuracy and relevance over time.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal best practices and resource training.
  • Assist in the development of tools and gather input for the improvement of proposal processes or other sales enablement processes.
  • Contribute to the adoption of Seismic and ensure adherence to content update schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales enablement role that involves supporting RFPs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic knowledge of digital transformation and high-level understanding of assigned technology vendor.
