About the position

The Digital Sales Assistant Manager at GDM South Texas is responsible for driving digital revenue goals and coordinating sales efforts with the local team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can manage the sales team's digital initiatives, develop client relationships, and understand various digital marketing strategies. The position involves collaboration with the Director of Sales and Multimedia Sales Manager to achieve revenue targets and support the growth of clients' businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain professional relationships with potential and existing accounts.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining budgets and quota goals with the Multimedia Sales Manager and Sales Director.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Develop sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date research materials.
  • Be a team player, and have a passion for helping clients grow their businesses.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, social media, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills, highly organized.
