About the position
Northern California Community Newspapers, a subsidiary of MediaNews Group, is seeking a Digital Sales Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and customer service support to our digital advertising team.
Responsibilities
- Interacts with advertising sales reps to coordinate digital advertising campaigns
- Uploads and transmits creative material for advertising into system
- Create live digital advertising campaigns on multiple platforms including Google Ad Manager
- Interacts with advertising sales reps regarding digital ad placement and campaign performance reporting
- Interacts with advertising clients for general customer service requests
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including clear and pleasant phone manner
- Ability to problem solve and work in a deadline driven environment
- Enjoys working with other employees
- Working knowledge of social media
- Basic computer skills while possessing a high degree of accuracy relating to data entry
- High School diploma/some college preferred
- Previous customer service experience or related administrative work experience preferred
