About the position

Salem Media Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time Digital Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This role is ideal for a natural collaborator who will work closely with the Atlanta sales team to create and fulfill a growing number of digital campaigns for advertisers. Additionally, the coordinator will collaborate with the Atlanta marketing and promotions team to develop and manage regular and ongoing digital campaigns for our own consumer brands. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who enjoys solving problems and achieving goals in a timely manner. Knowledge of and demonstrable efficiency with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and PowerPoint is critical for this position. The Digital Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for understanding the best use of various social media platforms utilized by the company. This includes managing campaigns by establishing agreed-upon goals, managing deadlines, analyzing metrics (analytics), and creating recaps to assess campaign performance. Video and/or photography skills are considered a plus, as they will enhance the ability to create engaging content for digital campaigns. The role requires a proactive approach to digital marketing, ensuring that all campaigns align with the company's objectives and resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Demonstrate 2 years+ of success in developing and managing digital media applications to drive legitimate business goals.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
