About the position
The Digital Acceleration and Sales Operations Leader will play a pivotal role in driving business strategies for billion-dollar brands, particularly in collaboration with Walmart. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, digital innovation, and operational discipline to enhance customer experiences and achieve growth objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead retailer joint business planning and align stakeholders through effective communication.
- Digital Innovation and Transformation: Develop and execute digital acceleration strategies and drive adoption of emerging technologies.
- Operational Discipline and Project Management: Manage critical paths across teams and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's/MBA from an accredited university, preferably in a business-related discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant Sales or Sales Operations experience in the CPG industry.
- Proven experience developing and executing impactful digital acceleration strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive results and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant computer applications.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in retail media, integrated search, and social commerce.
- Ability to analyze data to optimize digital strategies and solutions.

- Salary range of $147,000.00 - $184,000.00 per year.
